Greg arrived in a short time after I requested Rapid Drain services. He was very personable and went about addressing our toilet issue. Greg corrected the problem in an efficient and thorough manner. Afterward, he tested the repair multiple times to insure the problem was resolved. This is my second time using Rapid Drain and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone requiring their services.

Devin was very polite and experienced. He worked hard to try and solve the problem. Unfortunately, it was unresolved, due to frozen ground. I will be contacting Rapid Plumbing in the spring to replace old drain pipes and fix this ongoing issue permanently. Thanks again!

Devin was literally the best, even though he forgot to turn my hot water back on, no big deal. He worked with me. He went the extra mile to help me with a part of the project I'm completing myself. They provide a 60 day warranty on their repairs. Overall, very happy with the service. I would use them again and ask for Devin.

Although what caused our call was not a pleasant reality, dealing with Devon was very pleasant. What a professional and socially adept young man! I was very impressed with the quickness with which he responded to my call and with the good work that he did. We hope that what he did will solve our drain problem. Within an hour of calling, had a tech at my door to take care of us, for a non emergency diagnosis/repair that ended up not being a plumbing issue at all. Greg resolved our issue within minutes. Greg even went above and beyond by using his resources of calling a friend to get professional info for us to take our next step. Extremely pleased with the service we were provided! 100% recommend Rapid!

My salon was saved by Devon! Seriously, Rapid agreed to come the next day to my frozen pipes in Grand Rapids and put me back in business by afternoon. Devon explained all that he could do and the very reasonable cost. It’s also a challenging job as my water shut off and source is in a pit in the ground (sidewalk)he also insulated some pipes to help in the future. I will definitely call Rapid again if need be.
